Just 20 minutes from downtown Troyes, 15 minutes from the outlet malls, 10 minutes from the A5/A26 highway, and in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, just a few minutes from the lakes, come stay in this charming, fully renovated outbuilding located on a one-hectare property where peace and tranquility reign. On the first floor, you’ll find a living area with a seating area featuring a sofa bed (a pull-out bed measuring 160x200 for 2 people), a flat-screen TV with Netflix access, a soundbar, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom (bathtub, vanity, towel warmer), a laundry area, and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine, you’ll find the sleeping area with a 180x200 bed. The entire space is heated or cooled depending on the season via a reversible air conditioning system. Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and a double hammock awaits you. You’ll have access to a one-hectare park featuring remarkable trees and fruit trees. A pétanque court and a children’s playground have been set up for everyone’s enjoyment (facilities to be shared with the other cottages). We also offer various outdoor activities: badminton, and Molkky... You can park one vehicle in the parking lot, which is secured by a surveillance camera.
