This luxurious bungalow-style villa at a location second to none has 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a stylish pool area, an open kitchen, and a large living room.
Situated on the foothills of majestic Table Mountain in Camps Bay with breathtaking Ocean and mountain views at every angle. It is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and contemporary vacation.
Enjoy the sublime blue Ocean and colourful sunsets from the terrace or the poolside with a glass of wine or having a BBQ.
The space
The secure villa features truly extraordinary outdoor/indoor living spaces, and three fabulous bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms as well as the open living room’s setting are white, bright, and uplifting. Ideal for families or friends visiting Cape Town. There is plenty of room for up to 6 guests.
The villa has a large pool area perfect for sunny days equipped with three loungers and two premium rollable parasols. Sculptures from world-famous South African artists add to the very special atmosphere.
The balcony area is an entertainer's dream with a large dining table and BBQ/braai section. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with a breakfast island and an additional informal sit-down area.
The location is second to none boasting views of the Ocean right where you need to be! It is situated in a prime, but quiet tranquil location away from the holiday season rush. Within a 3-minute Uber ride you get to the city bowl or down to Camps Bay strip, Clifton with its beaches, or the Twelve Apostles Mountain range.
The master bedroom features a stylish workspace if needed. In the patio, you find seating space and shadow under trees to relax and enjoy the silence during the day.
There is a fully secured garage on site for parking up to two cars with a direct connection to the house.
The alarm system and video intercom are in place.

Other things to note
This is a self-catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel-quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary changeover.
We do have a full solar system installed so load shedding will not impact you. The only items that will not work during loads shedding/rolling blackouts are the aircon and the oven/stove.
We do offer daily housekeeping at the Villa, this is for your comfort and is free of charge.
This property is located within a nature reserve, so you may notice some millipedes and ants. Rest assured, we have everything under control, and our daily housekeeping team is aware and will address any issues.
