Sip coffee on the spacious front deck while deer wander by, paddle out on the lake with the free kayaks, or cast a line at one of the best fishing spots on the lake just steps away. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit with a complimentary s’mores kit and enjoy the star-filled East Texas sky. Inside, you’ll find boutique-style bathrooms, warm rustic finishes, and a fully stocked kitchen with multiple kinds of coffee and tea, plus Keurig, drip, and iced coffee makers, and a kettle so you can enjoy your favorite brew any time of day.

The home was super clean and the view of the lake was unbeatable. The sleeping situation was perfect for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kayaks were a plus and the proximity to some of the Texas State Parks in the area was convenient. Loved the Christmas decorations! Many thanks

Right by the Lake Hawkins with awesome sunset views the location calls for relaxation. The home is small but set very nice with all amenities
