Riad Berbere Marrakech

Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was truly wonderful. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of many of the famous sights and attractions in the medina. It made exploring Marrakech incredibly convenient while still feeling like a peaceful escape. The riad itself has a very calm and relaxing ambiance. After a day of walking through the busy streets, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. The architecture and design are beautiful and full of character, with thoughtful details that really highlight the charm of traditional Moroccan style. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and they made sure that all of our requests were taken care of. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re visiting Marrakech—great location, beautiful design, and exceptional service. Highly recommended.

We've had a wonderful experience in Riad Berbere, in every way. So stylish and welcoming, and a peaceful oasis in the perfect location within the Medina. All the staff were attentive and convivial. The rooftop breakfasts were a highlight, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and cake. Our rooms were spotless, beautiful and authenticly decorated. We also enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner beside the lovely courtyard.

Four wonderful nights here and it was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with tea and freshly baked treats. The riad carries a noticeably calmer atmosphere compared to others we visited, which complements its aesthetic beautifully. Every corner feels considered, chic, and serene. The staff truly deserve a special mention. Every member we encountered greeted us warmly, took a genuine interest in our day, and went out of their way to accommodate us, always with a smile. They struck the perfect balance of attentive without being intrusive. They even surprised us with a birthday cake after noticing it was my special day, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were also given a complimentary upgrade and ended up in what was probably one of the best rooms in the riad! The rooms were beautifully appointed with everything we could need. Breakfast was delicious, and having no fixed end time made things wonderfully relaxed. The complimentary daily tea time, with freshly baked treats alongside tea and coffee, was a small but delightful touch we looked forward to every day. The owner also personally came over to greet us, which felt rare and genuinely warm. The location was a real highlight too. An easy taxi pick-up point was just five minutes away, all the main attractions were within walking distance, and it had an authentic local feel without being far from the bustle whenever we wanted it.
