The home offers two bedrooms equipped with two single beds and two bunk beds, all with adjustable electric bases for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Designed with accessibility in mind, the house has no door thresholds inside and only a small step at the entrance. It shares a large natural plot of 3,000 m² with a neighboring similar house, which is built adjoining and also handicap-friendly. A shared terrace with garden furniture on a hilltop is available on a first-come, first-served basis for up to four guests. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and the property is situated in a tranquil summer house area. Electric heating ensures comfort during cooler days.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
