A well-equipped kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower and all necessary amenities. Outside, you'll find a garden and backyard space, perfect for enjoying the mountain air. There is a swing on the front porch just perfect for relaxing in the evening.

The location is fantastic—you're right in the heart of Cashiers, making it easy to walk or drive to local shops and restaurants. The property is situated on a fairly quiet dirt road, the listing photos accurately represent the space, and everything was clean upon arrival.A few things prospective guests should know before booking:The listing states that the best way to reach the host is by text. I texted before our stay to ask what type of coffee maker was provided, but didn't receive a response until four days after we had already arrived.There were no coffee filters available for the coffee maker.The bathroom did not have a trash can.No hair dryer was provided.The "couch" is more of a small pull-out bed suitable for children, not adults.*** The biggest issue was the bed size. We chose this property over several other options specifically because the listing advertised a king-size bed. Unfortunately, the bed is actually a queen. We noticed this on our first evening and contacted the host immediately, but never received a response during our 4-day stay.Overall, the location and cleanliness were excellent, but the lack of communication and the inaccurate bed listing were disappointing. I recommend considering these points before booking.
