Welcome to this charming holiday home surrounded by nature, ideally located between the eastern and western coasts of Öland. Here, you can enjoy peace and tranquility in a beautiful rural setting with Öland’s Great Alvar and scenic landscapes close by. The large garden and spacious terrace with outdoor furniture create the perfect space to relax, dine, or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere. Inside, the house offers a large and well-equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area by the stove—ideal for family meals or leisurely breakfasts. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for quiet evenings after a day of exploration. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, while the sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine for added convenience. Air conditioning is available for purchase on-site. The location offers excellent access to swimming and beach activities. You are near the charming coastal villages of Kårehamn and Äleklinta, and just a short drive from the sandy shores of Köpingsvik and Böda. Borgholm, located 15 km away, offers restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, while the nearest restaurant is found in Djupvik. Please note that the property is not rented to youth groups or for parties, and the barns on the farm are not in use.
