The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for quiet evenings after a day of exploration. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, while the sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, shower, and washing machine for added convenience. Air conditioning is available for purchase on-site. The location offers excellent access to swimming and beach activities. You are near the charming coastal villages of Kårehamn and Äleklinta, and just a short drive from the sandy shores of Köpingsvik and Böda. Borgholm, located 15 km away, offers restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, while the nearest restaurant is found in Djupvik. Please note that the property is not rented to youth groups or for parties, and the barns on the farm are not in use.
