The bedroom includes 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• This is a long term rental for 29 nights or longer.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Guests will be responsible for a $100 application fee per guest, as well as a $30 fee per FOB per guest that is paid directly to the Roney Palace condo association. The application fee is due with the application before check-in, and the FOB fee is due upon arrival. PS FOB for each adult and child 15 +
• The lobby of the building is currently under renovation.
• The pool is currently closed until December however, guests can use the pool at the Marriott located in the building next door. There is a door that connects the 2 buildings.
