Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located just minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants and more! Visit the beautiful 3 sisters spring located just a short car ride or boat ride from the home.
This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for your family vacation. Enjoy the spacious floor plan, plenty of room to stretch out. Take a step outside and enjoy the relaxing view of the canal, fish from the bank or floating dock or just sit and relax! String lights hung throughout the trees allow for relaxing next to the canal after dark!
Upon walking into the home you will be drawn to the beautiful view seen through the large windows in the family room displaying the amazing canal views!
All bedrooms have comfortable beds for a great nights sleep after a fun day in the sun!
Wifi included- all bedrooms and living room have smart TVs so they can be connected to any of your favorite apps!
Manatee, turtles, and alligators have been known to visit our canal. Sail-fin Catfish, sheepshead, trout, Red Snapper, Snook and Red rish are some of the fish that can be found in the area. To see or catch them for sure we recommend a tour or fish charter. Boat rentals are also available nearby.
SCALLOPERS!! We love scalloping. Crystal River offers one of the few remaining areas to scallop in Florida during the summer. Crystal River has the best Scalloping grounds in the US and best action is usually around 4-6 feet of water. If you do not have your own boat there are tons of charters that will get you where you need to be! If you have never done this and you are here during season, it's a MUST do!!
