Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this spacious bungalow works just as well for a long winter stay as it does for a full-house family trip.
3 bedrooms: 2 King beds, 1 Double, 1 Bunk bed

🍳 Kitchen & Living Area
The heart of the home is the open-concept kitchen, fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to proper home-cooked meals. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, quality cookware, and high-end gadgets make it easy to cook (or at least pretend you will).
The living area is warm and welcoming, with plush seating, modern décor, plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV; perfect for winding down after a beach day or settling in for a low-key movie night.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

The ONLY negative about this venue is the proximity to passing trains. The kitchen was incredible, the living room very comfortable, the outside area was comfortable and private. We enjoyed it all very much! Thanks for sharing this lovely home with us!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family and pets! The bedrooms are very comfortable and large for our luggage and things. Bathrooms are well appointed and had tons of towels for our use. Appliances all in great working order. Kitchen is beautiful and easy to use for meals. Our pets were welcome and had bowls and beds provided. The neighborhood is quiet and the people were very friendly. There is a train that travels back and forth a couple times a day on tracks down the street and brought back memories of my childhood...loved it! The beach is the opposite direction and easy to get to. Highly recommend this place! 5 double stars for the owners! Will definitely be back!
