Welcome to your relaxing 1BR getaway in JVC, Dubai! This stylish apartment features a spacious balcony with dining and lounge seating, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and ultra-fast 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi. Enjoy access to a swimming pool, gym, kids’ play area, and free parking. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.
(1) Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the property, including all rooms, the kitchen, and bathrooms. "Smoking" includes the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape devices, and shisha. Please be advised that our rooms are equipped with sensitive smoke detectors. Smoking inside will activate these detectors immediately. In the event that smoking is detected in a non-designated area, a cleaning fee of AED 2000 will be charged to cover the extensive cleaning required to restore the rooms. The only place where smoking is allowed is on the balcony, with the door closed. If you choose to smoke on the balcony, we ask that you do not ash or throw cigarettes off the balcony. Let's keep our surroundings clean and respectful for everyone.
(2) To maintain the serene ambiance of our retreat, parties or events are not permitted on the premises. We kindly request that there be no loud noise after 8:00 PM.
(3) If access cards are provided, please return them to the same place from which they were collected upon departure. A fee of AED 500 will be charged for any lost cards.
(4) Help us in our commitment to the environment by turning off lights and electronic devices when they are not in use or when leaving your room or checking out.
(5) To maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene, we ask that no food or drinks be consumed in the bedrooms.
