About this house rental
The perfect place for friends and family to gather! Enjoy spacious comfort at this newer 3 bedroom, open floor plan home very close to Auburn University. Walk approximately 1 1/2 miles to Jordan Hare Stadium on game day or drive just a few minutes to the heart of campus. Take advantage of the amenities of a full kitchen, laundry, outdoor fire pit and plenty of yard space to play, all within the quiet, friendly Piper Glen neighborhood. The kitchen features a large island with barstool seating which opens up into the dining and living areas. There is a semi-private area downstairs with a desk which makes it easy to hop on your laptop. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed. The primary bedroom has an ensuite split bathroom with toilet and shower separated from the double sink vanity. The other 2 bedrooms share a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom with lots of counter space. Everything feels sparkling clean and new. Retreat to the comforts of home after enjoying everything that Auburn has to offer!

-Kitchen: loads of counter space, all standard appliances (nearly new!), drip coffeemaker and Keurig, coffee/creamer/sugar provided, toaster oven, blender, ice maker, filtered water dispenser, oil/salt/pepper/spices/condiments, large island with counter seating.
-Dining: in addition to 3 island counter stools, the dining table has 4 chairs but can comfortably seat 6. Additional folding chairs are available in the utility closet.
-Living Room: kick back in a huge sectional sofa. Cozy up with extra pillows and blankets stored in large ottoman. TV with Roku for personal streaming use. Games, puzzles and books for your entertainment are located in the white console.
-Multipurpose Room: a passthrough room with coat/purse hooks, shoe bench, and an L-shaped desk convenient for laptop use and for charging all your devices.
-Primary Bedroom: clean, airy, bright, spacious. Extra pillows, very comfortable mattress. Huge walk in closet, iron, ironing board, luggage rack, full length mirror. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink, beautiful granite counters, separate toilet/shower area.
-Bedrooms #2 and 3: comfortable queen size mattress, luggage rack, extra pillows and bedding. Adjoining Jack and Jill bathroom.
-Upstairs Laundry: full size washing machine and dryer. Detergent, dryer sheets, stain remover provided.
Outdoor spaces: driveway and street parking, front and back yards, front and back covered patios with seating, fire pit, badminton set provided. Very pretty, quaint, walkable neighborhood.
