Our prestigious building boasts a prime Waverley location within walking distance to the Waverley Synagogue, complemented by round-the-clock security and access to a communal clubhouse and pool, ensuring both safety and leisure. The apartment itself features secure parking, uncapped Wi-Fi for uninterrupted connectivity, and Netflix for your entertainment needs. Comfortably accommodating up to four guests with two queen-sized beds, our modern and spacious abode is the perfect retreat.
Each bedroom is a haven of relaxation, complete with built-in cupboards and bedside lamps for your reading pleasure. The bathroom is sleek and functional, equipped with a shower, basin, and toilet. Culinary enthusiasts will revel in the fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar, and fitted with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, stove, and oven.
The lounge and dining area are designed for your ultimate comfort, featuring plush seating, a TV with Netflix, and a dining table with comfortable chairs, creating an ideal space for unwinding or entertaining. At Flex on Murray, we`ve thought of everything to ensure your stay is as relaxing and convenient as possible. Welcome to your home away from home.
• This is a no smoking unit
• To maintain the privacy and security of our space, we kindly inform guests that visitors are not permitted.
• NB: Drying laundry on the windows or balcony is not allowed at this property, should you ignore this law, you will be fined R1000.00 by the property manager.
• Our unit does not have a backup power source during load shedding events.
• We`re remote hosts, and our team is available to assist you via phone calls and messaging between 8am-10pm daily,
• Note: On-site assistance may incur a 1-hour wait and in a case of lost keys, a call-out fee is applicable.
• Please note that our units are self-catering and do not include daily cleaning or amenity replenishment. A mandatory exit cleaning fee is charged, based on room type, to ensure high standards of cleanliness. All units are equipped with an in-unit washing machine for your convenience.
We offer additional cleaning services at an extra cost. For extended stays, we provide complimentary cleans as follows:
• For stays of 9 days or more – 1 complimentary clean
• For stays of 2 weeks or more – 2 complimentary cleans
• For stays of 1 month or more – 3 complimentary cleans
Please note that our housekeeping team does not operate on Sundays or public holidays.
