NO SMOKING. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including the garage. If you must smoke during your stay, please do so outside in designated areas only.
SKI LOCKERS. We strongly encourage you to utilize ski locker #14 on the first level of the building. This is a great place to get ready for the ski day, and store your gear overnight. The keys will be in the bowl with the Ski Locker label on it.
NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly property. Please do not bring pets into the home any time.
PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: one vehicle in the parking garage, and additional vehicles in the Arrowhead Parking Lot. Vehicles parked in underground garage must display the Spruce Tree parking pass at all times.
QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This helps maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of our community.
FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. To ensure the comfort and safety of the neighbors, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots before entering the condo. The ski lockers on the first level are perfect for storing boots and other ski or outdoor gear.
TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins (garbage under sink, recycling in stainless bin). Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
RESPECT FOR PROPERTY. Kindly treat the property with care. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.

Everything was amazing! Such an intentional space, well-outfitted and super cozy. The location on property can’t be beat and the host was responsive, respectful, and friendly.

Great spot for a Beaver Creek ski vacation with 2 teenage boys! Arrowhead is super convenient to Edwards and Avon, a few blocks from Hwy 6. 1-2 minute walk to Arrowhead ski lift and the shuttle to BC village. Condo itself was exactly as advertised. Private heated parking garage was a nice entry. It’s nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Ski lockers worked out great for equipment ease.Jason the property manager was super helpful before/during stay. We would definitely stay here again! (Hopefully soon!)
