About this villa rental
Beautiful two-storey townhouse in the heart of Esperance, just 50m from the stunning foreshore and a short walk or cycle to CBD, cafes, shops, restaurants, and the skatepark.
Enjoy ocean views and a prime location to explore everything Esperance has to offer.
The home is fully self-contained with all linen provided (except beach towels), offering a comfortable and convenient base for your coastal getaway.
The townhouse is fully self-contained and comfortably sleeps 8, with two queen beds and four singles. All linen is provided.
Enjoy outdoor dining with a great BBQ and patio area. Inside, you`ll find a dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of space to relax.
There`s a large, secure carport—perfect for storing surfboards, bikes, fishing gear, or any outdoor equipment.
We`ve included lots of extras to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.
You’ll have the whole place to yourself – enjoy full access to the home during your stay for your comfort and convenience.
Guests can enjoy flexible self-check-in with a secure key lockbox. All check-in details, including the access code and directions, will be sent prior to arrival.
We`re available by phone or message if you need anything during your stay, but we also respect your privacy
Esperance does not have public transport but the unit is centrally located so within walking distance to town central and some great restaurants and hotels. Great beaches to explore within minutes from the unit.
Previously managed by a local team, this home is now personally hosted by us again. That’s why you may notice a gap in recent reviews, but the quality and comfort remain the same.
Highchair and Porta Cot available on request. Porta Cot linen not supplied.
No smoking inside, but you`re welcome to smoke outside in the outdoor areas.
Keep it quiet after 10pm – this unit is part of a small complex, so it’s not the place for parties. Please be mindful of the neighbors.
Parking & Driveway Guidelines
- Each unit is permitted two vehicles only:
• One in the carport
• One directly in front of the carport
- Please use designated driveway entry and exit points at all times.
- Do not park in the common driveway area, as this obstructs access for others.
- Parking on the council verge is not permitted and may result in a fine.
No pets, sorry!
Beach towels: Don’t forget to pack your own if you’re heading to the beach.
Fish & seafood: Please don’t clean or prep fish or seafood in or around the house

Very easy check in, good amenities (3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, laundry etc), towels and linen were clean as was the rest of the house. Good location, very close to town / shops and the jetty where the coffee van was (walking distance). The only tiny tiny feedback we have, is if the kitchen knives can be sharpened please or have a knife sharper included? They were extremely blunt and just made prepping dinner a little harder. But overall very happy, thanks for having us!

Everything was great. Clean/close to all amenities and everything you needed was supplied.We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and feel sure we will be back.

The property very spacious for the 8 of us. Location was close enough for the kids to walk to the jetty to fish.The house was very noisy and on a main road though. Just a few little things we noticed. It would be nice to have enough plates/bowls for the 8 people, doona covers on the doonas and possible a dryer because we needed to wash the towels but couldn't dry them or maybe a second set of towels. Other than that we had a great time exploring Esperance.
