Strava chutila veĺmi aj personál na čele s vedúcim kuchyne resp. stravovania bol milý a ústretový. Izby čisté. Bar ok. Hud.prok. ok.

Krátke postele😏.

So stravou, prostredím a personálom sme boli maximálne spokojní. Neboli sme spojení s posteľou, keďže na stránke bookingu sa uvádza manželská posteľ a dostali sme roztahovaciu postel, ktorá na spanie pre pár vôbec nevyhovuje. Ako tvrdý rozťahovací gauč. Objednala by som si inú izbu ak by to v ponuke bolo uvedené.

Snídaně i večeře byly výborné v dostatečném výběru. Přeprava mezi hotely vláčkem nebo dodávku byla taky velmi příjemná.

Pro větší pohodlí bych uvítal další polštář na posteli.

It was the perfect location for our bear hike tour in the mountains. The staff were very polite and kind. Our hike finished after the restaurant had closed and when we returned they sat us down and brought out a bunch of food for us from the kitchen! We also forgot our plug adaptors so they would charge our devices for us. We very much appreciated this!! There was one male that was exceptional but I didn’t catch his name - I hope he is recognised for being so fantastic! (If management see this, he’s the one who did a lot of the translating for us, sourced us the fan, and got us our late night dinner - THANK YOU)

I hate to say it, but it was the worst nights sleep we have ever had. The bed itself was so uncomfortable and there wasn’t any working AC so we had to ask for a fan from somewhere. This was such a shame because I booked this for my partners 30th birthday and had booked a ‘more luxurious’ hotel to recover in after the hike as a bit of a treat rather than staying in an air BnB but don’t feel like the cost matched the experience appropriately.
