Comfy Entire Home Steps to BTS & MRT Sukhumvit Min 14 nights

The apartment is situated 5-10 minutes away from BTS Nana station and MRT Sukhumvit station. It has a 7-Eleven dowstairs, two entrances: one on street 13, the other on street 15. It is within walking distance to Terminal 21, Emsphere, and three stations away from Siam Paragon, and 2 stations away from the House of Heals. It has a clubhouse for peaceful reading and working, a swimming pool overlooking skyscrapers and pedestrians, a functional gym with gorgeous ceiling-tall views. The room is on the 7th floor, and has great wall insulation, sound- and temperature-wise. Furthermore, the room is big enough for two people to stay. I came here with my husband, and we stayed for 29 nights. It was the best choice we have ever made for how it made us feel safe, comfortable, and accommodated by the owner and the place. My partner was doing his Celta course that was 5 minutes away from the apartment, and I might add, if we had stayed at the suggested place by his course, that would have been detrimental to his sleep schedule and our overall itinerary. So, choosing this place was the best, especially for the reasonable price it came with. Let’s say the cost-performance value of this place is immaculate for anyone wanting to stay in Bangkok for one or more months.

The reason why we booked a third-party instead of a hotel is because I have asthma. Most of the time, when we book a hotel room, the room is either dusty or not thoroughly cleaned. This apartment, however, was spotless and has clean beddings and towels. There was an issue with the AC, but as soon as I brought it up with the owner, she had graciously helped us with having the AC checked and cleaned. And even though the AC persisted with issues, she resulted with purchasing a new one just for the sake of our comfortability. This is a mechanical issue that the owner resolved in a matter of time. After everything was fixed, it was smooth sailing and maximum comfortability during our stay.
