Nice clean rooms, nice kitchen/dining area, decent bathrooms, friendly host, decent location especially if taking the ferry.
Only two bathrooms shared between about 7 rooms so sometimes had to wait. Had to move rooms due to a water leak in the roof after heavy rain.
