They attended to every demand and made sure to provide all the needed items for an enjoyable stay.

The fact that I had to demand for some things before they were given. There was no issue getting them, but I asked for a few.

Well, the guy that assisted us with the checking in tried and ensured that our stay was comfortable.

The room advertised was smelling and the floor was wet. No fridge as displayed on booking com. I complained and the manager had to put me in another room and paid extra for it which is unbudgeted....All I can say is they need to be professional. My wife tried to cook noodles and the gas finished after 1 minute of putting it on the stove. I had to call for the gas to be filled. Always ensure everything is okay before customers lodge...The net in the bathroom needs to be fixed. Mosquitoes entered and I had Malaria starting at the airport and I couldn't treat myself before I left the country.
