A magical place in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed for a week and it felt like home. Beautifully decorated with nice touches. Appreciated the state-of-the-art laundry facilities where you could easily wash and dry your clothes. You can cook there too if you like, and the supermarket was minutes away, but there were so many affordable places to eat that we didn't end up cooking at all. (Check out the local supermarket for high quality sushi just minutes away!)

一時帰国時に家族で利用しました。建物前の通りは桜のシーズンで夜桜が綺麗でした。スーパー（深夜まで営業）は徒歩１分、コンビニ徒歩数分、駅と銀行は徒歩５分、亀有アリオ（ショッピングモール）徒歩１５分でロケーションで選びました。部屋は地上階でスーツケースの移動も問題なし（室内の階段は急なためスーツケースで傷つけないよう注意が必要）。オーナーさんには細かな質問事項もすぐに回答いただけました。ダイニングテーブル上のタブレットで地上波のテレビも見れました。建物は築浅でとても綺麗、近隣は静か、日当たりもよく　快適に過ごせました。
バスルームの換気口がカビだらけで洗濯物の乾燥機能を使用するのを躊躇した。夜間のチェックインで暗かったためゲートの開錠時に数字が見えづらかった。備え付けのお皿数枚に油汚れが染み付いていたため使用しなかった。

La ubicación es en un barrio tranquilo, bien comunicado y con muchas facilidades alrededor: supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas. El apartamento estaba limpio y disponía de todo lo necesario para la estancia en cuanto a limpieza y confort. El propietario fue muy amable y la comunicación fue fácil ante cualquier pregunta.
