Homestay yang sangat bersih dan selesa, ruang tamu dan bilik yang luas . Terdapat aircond di ruang tamu dan juga bilik hadapan, kipas kuat juga anginnya. Homestay juga terdapat water heater untuk mandi, Tuala juga disediakan oleh pihak homestay. Katil selesa tiada kotoran, selimut disediakan. Saluran TV juga disediakan boleh tengok TV. Kawasan dapur juga baik telah disediakan dapur gas dan peti sejuk. Kawasan homestay sesuai untuk rehat tiada bising di sekitar kawasan. 10 minit ke bandar dan sekitar homestay juga mempunyai gerai makan, speedmart dan 7 eleven. Kereta boleh parking di kaki lima, pemilik homestay menyediakan kunci pagar untuk keselamatan. Owner peramah dan mesra. Homestay tersebut sangat selesa dan bagus, akan berulang untuk menginap semula sekiranya mempunyai peluang.
Tekanan air yang kurang stabil di tandas menyebabkan paip air sukar digunakan, Tandas dn bilik mandi bersih tetapi terdapat sedikit bau dan sedikit panas dari kawasan tandas dan bilik mandi. Cermin di hadapan katil. Boleh sediakan body wash dan shampoo.
