Charming 1BD Flat with Garden Wimbledon Village

It was very conveniently located, close to the station and the high street, but still quiet and in a nice area.

It was very damp. When I arrived, I was overwhelmed with the smell and it did not improve whilst I was there. There were damp patches in the kitchen and behind the chest of drawers in the bedroom. It was not very clean, in general, the fridge and microwave were dirty and it had not been hoovered and overall it was not very welcoming in that respect. The outside space looked like nobody had tidied or sorted it for a while and there were airers left out on the astroturf lawn. Despite the instructions I was given, there was no key to lock the door but the electronic lock worked fine. There were old clothes on the bookshelf and an unused tv left face down on the dining room table. The shower head in the bathroom was so low that I had to tilt it to get under it and I am only 5ft5. I was there for a week and it was a shame that my experience was not great as I think it has a lot of potential.
