The stay itself was pleasant and the staff were kind and helpful.
However
, we encountered a serious issue shortly before arrival.
Two days before check-in, our booking dates were suddenly changed on the app, claiming it was based on "our request"—which we never made. The hotel initially stated it wasn't their doing, but the situation was only resolved after we spent a full day coordinating with Booking.com and insisting on seeing proof of the request. Only then were our original dates restored.
While we can't be certain where the error originated, the incident felt very unprofessional and caused a lot of unnecessary stress, affecting our enjoyment of the trip.
Summary: A nice place, but I highly recommend double-checking your reservation details before you arrive to avoid similar surprises
