I really enjoyed this location! The home is situated in a nice, peaceful neighborhood that felt very family-friendly. The house itself was beautiful and had plenty of space for my group of six. The smokehouse in the back was an added bonus! The host was very responsive, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. Everyone in my group mentioned that they would happily stay here again!
The only minor complaint I had would be regarding the cleaning. I understand that everyone’s cleaning expectations may differ, and mine may be higher than some. I do want to emphasize that the home was not filthy or dirty at all. However, I believe the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough in areas such as sweeping/vacuuming, getting into corners and behind furniture, and wiping down surfaces like the refrigerator. It was not a major issue for me, as I typically wipe things down before unpacking wherever I stay. I mentioned it to the host, and she was very receptive to the feedback and even offered to address the matter.
