It was clean and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Spacious with multiple living rooms and 5 total televisions. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Their security system was working. Ended up being a 20 min drive from universal studios which was reasonable.
- Very little kitchen supplies. They had pots/pans/spatulas/silverware/plastic plates and a coffee machine and microwave, but no salt/pepper/spices, oil, coffee/tea, colander etc which made trying to cook a meal there almost impossible, which was disappointing because it was personally our main reason for booking a home rather than a hotel. Someone with similar goals would need to bring or buy all of their own supplies.
- master bathroom shower could not be turned up to be hot enough because the knob was not installed correctly (guest bathroom did get hot enough).
- master bathroom glass shower door was not working because it kept coming off of its tracks, making it very difficult to open and close it
- master bathroom light switch controlled a light both inside the the bathroom and the vanity one which was connected to the bedroom, meaning if someone was using the bedroom to sleep while someone used the bathroom, they could be awoken by the light
- property had only one extra blanket, meaning if you needed blankets while on the couch you had to take them from the beds
- advertised a fireplace however upon arrival it was covered with plastic and there were no instructions on how to use it

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Originally, I thought it was a 2 bedroom when I booked, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find out it was a 3 bedroom home. The house was spacious for our family of 3 and VERY clean. The bed in the master was so comfortable!! Best sleep I've had on vacation in a while. About an 18-20 minute drive to Universal. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe in the area. The shops and restaurants nearby met all of our travel/dining needs. The owner was informative and prompt to respond to our inquiries. The screened in pool area was large and would be great for summer bookings! Highly recommended and we intend to rent here again!
We had a few ants in the shower and the master bedroom temp wouldn't get as cool as the rest of the house.
