The boiler broke down, giving us with no heating and no hot water; all efforts to resolve this failed and the management team are now denying any responsibility and refusing refund….very unprofessional

Food van was a good idea but we did not need it.

We did the washing up on the last day but we could not find a tea towel We also noticed that some of the wooden slats on the base of the bed were broken

We had a very disappointing stay. From the start, there was no hot water or heating, which is unacceptable. There were three females staying at the property, and these are basic necessities that should have been provided from the moment we arrived. An attempt was made to resolve the issue on day 2, however the heating stopped working again that same evening. This meant we were left without heating for the remainder of the stay. Additionally, the sofa bed was broken on arrival, which should have been identified and resolved before check-in. Customer service was unhelpful and lacked empathy. During a phone call, the representative struggled to understand basic English and repeatedly spoke over me, making it difficult to clearly explain the situation or feel listened to. Despite the issues experienced, no refund or compensation was offered. We were only offered a discount on a future stay, which is not appropriate given the circumstances and is not something we would consider, as we would not stay here again. Overall, the experience did not meet basic standards of comfort or service. I would not recommend this property.

No manual on how to use the microwave which looked like an oven… no idea how to use the heating poor communication with staff. They should have had manual. Staff on site but had minimal English so this was an issue for communicating any issues

Apart from free parking and a neat little caravan serving breakfast. Nothing much compared to the photos they have online

The smell of drainage, broken sofa bed. Needed to bleed the heating system myself.

Summary: Unsecure, Filthy, Unsafe, Staff begging for ciggies, heating doesn't work, cold showers, colder than staying in a tent in mid winter in Highland Scotland. Flat was filthy, even the cups needed washing before using, cups had drips of tea or coffee down them where they had been used and not washed, I'm allergic to coffee so had to do a thorough clean before I used anything including teaspoons. Walls had splashes up them that I couldn't work out what they were including in bathroom (yuk), finger marks all over the walls. Cleanliness wasn't a thing here. Wardrobe door was falling off so couldn't use wardrobe, blind in bedroom fell down on me when trying to close it, luckily caught it before hitting me on the head. 2 police cars + ambulance at flats 8am Saturday morning due to possible domestic violence in flat above, male taken away in handcuffs, female spoken to by female police officer, then ambulance turned up. Screaming and shouting started approx. 7am. Man outside my window screaming and swearing down his phone at 5:30am Sunday threatening someone, staff begging for spare cigarettes when you were outside smoking making you feel awkward. All doors have ring doorbell on them, your movements are monitored 24/7, so much so my kids came to visit me on Saturday afternoon whilst I was in MK (between 2:30pm - 8:00pm), I received an email the following morning about 06:15am stating I had 2 people checking out of my room against the rules, suggesting I had broken rules by having unauthorised guests staying in my flat. The main entrance door regularly wedged open by staff and residents using wet floor bollard or putting locks on so the main entrance door is not closed making the whole building unsecure.

The apartment is centrally located and has great access to the city centre, shopping centre and local attractions. Check-in was super easy and instructions were clear, also good communication from the hosts. This is our 3rd time returning within a month or so and we have always been more than satisfied with our stay.

Nothing - apart from we wish we could have stayed longer!
