Sea View Penthouse with Pool, 4 Min to Beach - RC16

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by this beautiful penthouse. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony, where we could relax while overlooking the beach. It was the perfect place to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. The rooms were large, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The master bedroom had a fantastic en suite bathroom and a spacious wardrobe with plenty of storage. The living area was equally impressive, with a huge TV that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Every facility was modern, clean, and thoughtfully provided. One of the coolest features was the balcony's remote controlled vertical awnings. If it was a little windy, we could simply press a button and lower the awnings for shelter while relaxing on the sunbeds. When we wanted to soak up the sunshine, we just raised them again with the remote. Such a clever touch that made spending time on the balcony even more enjoyable. Whenever we needed assistance, the service was excellent. The team responded quickly, were friendly, and made sure any questions or requests were dealt with promptly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this penthouse made us feel at home, from the modern facilities to the thoughtful layout. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable place to stay with incredible views and outstanding service, I couldn't recommend this property highly enough. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and stunning rooftop We stayed here for 6 nights in early May and had a great time. The penthouse is in a fantastic spot—very close to the beach and a short walk/drive to restaurants like Zub Express and the local supermarket. The apartment is well-sized and having a washing machine/dishwasher was very convenient for a longer stay.

L’apartament és realment fantàstic. Ample, lluminós, molt ben cuidat i tot net com una patena. El llit de l’habitació principal (l’únic que vaig utilitzar) és força còmode i l’habitació, amb el lavabo integrat, resulta molt agradable. La terrassa mereix menció a part. És tan gran que gairebé sembla un altre pis, amb diferents espais amb gandules, taula, barbacoa i vistes al mar (tot i que parcialment tapades per uns edificis una mica lletjos). L’amfitrió s’esforça molt perquè l’experiència sigui excel·lent. Inclou detalls d’arribada com tenir les necessitats bàsiques de cuina cobertes i petits gestos molt benvinguts, com un parell de bombons que, en el meu cas, em van salvar la vida: vaig arribar mort de gana, fora d’hores de restaurants i amb un xàfec caient a Flic-en-Flac… així que el que havia de ser un detall va acabar sent un salvavides. 😄 La televisió és un altre punt molt positiu: gran i amb tots els serveis d’streaming disponibles. Jo vaig viatjar sol i el pis se’m va fer enorme, però fins i tot per a dues parelles pot ser prou ampli, ja que disposa de dues zones parcialment separades. No està al bell mig de Flic-en-Flac, però hi ha alguns restaurants a prop i per arribar al centre (que bàsicament vol dir més restaurants i un supermercat) s’hi pot anar fent una passejada agradable de 10–15 minuts per la platja, o bé en menys de 5 minuts amb cotxe. Hi ha una plaça d’aparcament dins la propietat. En el meu cas, amb un cotxe petit i places lliures al voltant, va ser fàcil maniobrar, però el mini-parking interior és una mica “tetris”.

L’experiència seria clarament de 10/10 si no fos per dos aspectes que altres clients també han comentat. En arribar sorprèn una forta olor de clavegueram. Un cop ventilat, disminueix molt, però no acaba de desaparèixer del tot. No sé si relacionat amb el punt anterior, hi ha un soroll persistent de les canyeries. Durant el dia gairebé no es nota, però a la nit pot resultar força molest. Si aquests dos punts no són un deal breaker, l’apartament és perfecte.
