The staff are always readily available, making it very easy to stay in touch whenever needed. They are friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay.
The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. Access to the room is simple and convenient with the key card system, which makes moving around hassle-free.
Overall, it’s a great place for short stays, and I would highly recommend it.
I experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning, as it was not cooling as effectively as expected. However, I would like to sincerely acknowledge that the staff did their best to assist and were very responsive, which I truly appreciated.
For the balcony rooms, it may be beneficial to consider adding additional sunlight protection, such as window film or thicker curtains. During the daytime, the room can become quite bright, which might be challenging for guests who wish to rest during the day.
Additionally, I noticed a few ants in both the room and bathroom areas, so it may be helpful to arrange pest control to ensure an even more comfortable stay for future guests.

Loved the friendly and very helpful staffs in this accomodation. Just one call away for any help we asked for. Specially loved the breakfast buffet. Was very filling and satisfying.
And specially just loved how comfortable the beds and pillows were. Its like laying down inside a cloud.
Definitely coming back here for another stay soon.

Price was OK for what we got. Breakfast was very nice and staff was helpful.
No lift and narrow stairs to go up to third floor. The bed was not the comfiest ever and the towels has some marks of usage.

This hotel is ok for one night, waiting for your flight next day. Location ok, along a shopping street and + /- 100 meters to the public beach.
Cold breakfast, probably delivered from nearby restaurant, always cold.
