The yard front and back had grass and weeds up to my knees making a terrible first impression. If we had young kids they wouldn't be able to play outside. Also the bed down stairs was hard as a rock.perfect for what we needed. Great location for what we needed. Beautiful inside

The house itself was good. A new home in good condition, clean and well maintained. Everything worked as it should. The showers were nice. 3 bathrooms. The big TV was great. The home was very spacious.

The yards were completely overgrown, which was a shame as it really let the home down. Bedroom 5 (downstairs) does have a very firm uncomfortable mattress. Lucky we only had 3 couples. You had to do a hunt for a decent pillow. There were a total of 4 forks in the draw (something easily fixed) there were only 6 dining chairs. Which worked for us but not for a bigger group.

The house is modern, clean, and has the potential to be a very good holiday rental. It offers five generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms. Location was ideal for our group visit.

One of the beds was not fit for use. The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep on. We contacted the host to request an additional mattress topper, but our messages were not responded to. As a result, we had to purchase a topper ourselves for over $100, so that one couple could sleep at all. Even with this additional expense, the bed remained uncomfortable. Other beds were okay but some of the sheets, the corners were ripped and the towels seemed old, stained and well used. In addition, the property was not adequately equipped for a group of ten people, despite being advertised for that capacity. On arrival, there were only two cups, seating for just 4–5 people in the lounge, six dining chairs, and only one tea towel provided. One of the bedrooms doors was only held on by two screws so it was not possible to shut. Prior to our stay, I had contacted the host after reading recent reviews to confirm that the house would be properly equipped, and they replied that it would be. During our stay, further requests for additional cups were again ignored, leaving us no choice but to purchase basic items ourselves to accommodate our group. There was also a maintenance and safety concern: one of the bedroom doors was only hanging by two screws and could not be shut safely. This further affected comfort and privacy during our stay. While the property itself is well presented, the lack of essential amenities, the maintenance issue, and the absence of support or communication from the host significantly impacted our stay and resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. As a long-standing Booking.com customer, this experience was disappointing. Given the issues encountered and the additional costs incurred, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate unless these matters are addressed for future guests.
