    Agoda removed the checkin guide link from the message „for my safety“, so I didn't know which room and which floor I need to go. The host never answered any of my messages. Agoda support didn't help (just an AI?). I just got into the room by going there, the cleaning staff happened to be there at the time, so I asked them and got in. They didn't really speak English or Japanese. So that's all very sketchy, and I would never book this again. Apart from that, the place was good, but also really expensive.
