Great neighborhood, especially being so close to downtown. I felt really safe as a solo female traveler. The room had a lot of character, decor-wise, and was comfortable. I didn’t lack for anything important.

The location is close to downtown Phoenix and near the library and art museum. The representative that we corresponded with was very helpful and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. The space was a good size for two people. There were some dishware, a large refrigerator, and a full oven and stove. The bed sheets were crisp and clean.

Despite how helpful and communicative the person in charge of the property was, they had a poor cleaning crew. I hate to leave a lower review, but there were someone else's clothes in the bathroom when we arrived, including their undergarments. There was also a used towel hanging on the door, and the bathtub had residue in there. I think the cleaning crew forgot to clean the bathroom. Although there is some dishware, I wish they had mugs rather than just paper cups, and some silverware instead of plastic utensils. The refrigerator was off and warm when we arrived due to a recent power outage, but the issue was solved quickly.
