Good location right next to the beach, restaurant, shop, ice cream, walking trail. Traffic is quiet and has a good view from balcony.
TV antenna was broken and disconnected, floors should be mopped, boiler switch is broken and it can turn off at any moment. Cooker hob is weak for cooking.
