Nice getaway spot for larger families or traveler requiring more space/beds.

The property met our need for the type of trip we were taking and the ability to accommodate our group. The place was clean and gave us the needed space to avoid being on top of one another for a handful of days. We were unable to enjoy the hot tub and pool, but will be nice features for others to enjoy.

We did run into a few snags, likely due to it being a newer listing. The address given was off by 2 digits, causing confusion and necessary phone calls. The door handle to the gate into the pool area and to get to the front door to the house is installed upside down, causing guests, delivery people etc to believe it is locked. Also, we had to find and use part of a broom stick to secure a back patio door that does not lock. The greatest difficulty or frustration involved the AC/Heating. We understood the stipulations in the provided instructions, however our need was to warm the place up a bit, not cool it below 70. It was a chilly period in Palm Desert. The main thermostat was not working at all, and there were no throw blankets allowing us to feel cozy when gathering at the house in mornings and evenings. It took 1 and 1/2 days of numerous text messages and phone calls to get the AC/heat thermostat working. Additionally, the property listing photos give a much grander look. We expected a newer Spanish style home with a very inviting back patio and pool area. The pool and outdoor social area is in the front of the house, not in the backyard. This was a surprise. Lastly, The thermostat issue was discovered and fixed. A property manager brought us some blankets for the living area. I believe the property managers learned more about their property. From that point on all was well and we enjoyed our stay.
