The location and some of the amenities like washing machine, fridge and the kitchen. It is presentable although considering that it looked clean.

Battling cocroaches is a daily affair unfortunately. One of the furniture was already broken before I came in and there's no water heater but the button exists. Toilet seats are broken and needs fixing.
