Casa molto confortevole completa di tutto, condizionatori in tutte le stanze, pulita e ordinata, lavatrice e finanche il caffè a disposizione ! Proprietario molto disponibile ... Forse si può migliorare la pulizia dell'ingresso del condominio ma comunque non dipende solo da lui !! In conclusione ne vale davvero la pena perchè c'è parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile e la casa si trova a 5-10 minuti a piedi dal lungumare, Corso Garibaldi e dal museo dove ci sono i Bronzi di Riace !!
Ingresso del condominio poco curato rispetto all'efficienza e confort dell'appartamento !

Bardzo kontaktowi i pomocni właściciele. Zaproponowali transfer z lotniska do mieszkania (duże udogodnienie).Mieszkanie czyste i przestronne, niezbędne wyposażenie.
Bardzo wygnieciona i zużyta sofa w części dziennej,ale to taki szczegół.

Apartament bardzo przestronny, pomieścił naszą 5 osobową rodzinę. W każdy pokoju znajduje się klimatyzacja. My się nią ogrzewaliśmy, bo w lutym było 15 stopni w pokojach. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Kawa, herbata, cukier, sól, woda w butelkach, dżemy, mleko, soczki dla dziecka, suchary. W łazience były dostępne ręczniki, suszarka, pralka oraz podstawowe kosmetyki. Właściciele bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Okolica spokojna, do centrum 10 minut pieszo. Polecam

Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą apartamentu.Wrazie problemów w apartamencie byli bardzo pomocni. Czysto. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i jak na Włochy i mieszkanie w bliskim centrum bardzo cicho. Blisko do sklepów i morza.
Wszystko ok. Jedyny minus to bardzo brudne ulice. Ale to Włochy i nie zależne od zarządcy apartamentu.
