No primeiro dia a água do chuveiro estava fria/morna. A água da banheira não ficou quente em nenhum dos dias. A lareira não foi possível acender, pois só dispunha de lenha praticamente toda verde, nenhum graveto para fazer o fogo. Prometeram resolver esses problemas, mas não resolveram. Além de tudo, o chalé tinha mau cheiro, só melhorou porque compramos Bom Ar e espirramos no ambiente,
