Great location, good space, good bathrooms, nice kitchen with fridge,microwave, etc, beautiful art on the walls, nice collection of books to read in the balcony.
Fruits along with breakfast would have been nice

We recently visited Kolkata from the UK and stayed at the Neelam home stay for 4 nights and felt very welcomed and comfortable like staying at home away from home. All the facilities are very high standard like western countries along with the Asian welcoming hospitality. Both the owner and the caretaker of the property are very helpful, reliable and prompt in service. We will happily stay there again and will highly recommend to all family and friends this 5 star⭐️ accommodation in the heart of the city with all facilities within a stone throw. Great location and wonderful hosts
Nothing really.
If I have to point out, it is only that Google Maps sometimes takes you behind the location so one needs to clarify that to drivers/delivery person.
