Das leider Strand und Pool Extra kostet. Das Essen und trinken kostet kann ich wirklich verstehen aber das man für liegen am Pool und oder Strand extra zahlen soll konnte ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen

Katerina nasza rezydentka to wspaniała ciepła, gościnna, pomocna oraz uprzejma osoba 🤩 Dbała o nasz komfort pobytu. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy tak profesjonalną obsługę. Pokój był bardzo komfortowy, room Service był codziennie. Obiekt przeszedł nasze oczekiwania, klimat cudowny. Bardzo czysto, przytulnie i przyjemnie. Polecamy bardzo serdecznie!

Es ist direkt am Meer mit super Lage und an der Promenade entlang gibt es viele verschiedene Restaurants, für jeden ist was dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Katerina hat sich immer direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Man konnte jeden Tag entscheiden, ob man All inclusive buchen, was ich sehr cool fand.

Es war sehr voll und man muss bedenken, dass es kein Adults Only ist und dementsprechend sehr viele Kinder, viel Lärm und viel Geschrei dort gibt. Für uns war das jetzt nicht sehr schlimm aber trotzdem als Vorwarnung. Auch fand ich das Essen im All inclusive nicht sehr gut, nicht viel Auswahl und teilweise leider ein wenig fade. Dafür ist das Essen in den Restaurants an der Promenade entlang der Hammer! Von Sushi über Pizza, Fisch, Nudeln, Fleisch und Burger ist alles dabei.

I liked the view we had, comfortable bed and shower was easy to use and powerful.

I didn’t like that we had no coffee cups or spoons. We were not made aware of a Religous event taking place in the hotel adjacent to us. Although we had no problem with this event, we were told by staff that we could not use the pool area, restaurant and Spa. On one occasion we were actually moved to another area whilst eating. We were often made to feel unwelcome, and almost discriminated against. This made us use the next door hotel for their spa facilities. We were told that we could add on an all inclusive package, yet this wasn’t communicated to us upon arrival. Pre warning would had been helpful regarding the event taking place, which restricted us using the hotel.
