Very few détails like not enough coffee cups for 4 or only 1 tv remote for 3 tvs , not sure how to turn on the fireplace

Está impecable!!! Sin duda me Volvería a quedar ahí. Las vistas , la ubicación , el Personal. Todo 10 de 10. Hice un upgrade porque la primera habitación la sentí muy muy pequeña . La segunda me encantó. Todo 👍🏻

. Tal vez que no hubiera TV en la parte de sala comedor . Me habría encantado. Tampoco había jabón para lavadora .

Property location can't be beat. It's new (very new) which is great.

Several misses. The property asked us for specific details so here is the list of what we concluded were signifcant misses. - There was no coffee pot. When booked, the listed indicated that there was a coffee maker but the only thing in the room was a Nespresso. There were 4 of us, staying for 4 nights and there were 4 pods available. When we inquired, we were told we could purchase additional pods. We searched the area and nowhere sold these Nespresso pods. They did end up finding a Mr. Coffee that they brought to the room. - There were no paper towels/napkins of any kind. - There was only one small trash can under the sink with no additional trash bags available. - When booked, the listing indicated that a washer/dryer was available. There was no w/d in the unit. - There was no housekeeping service performed while we were there. - There are many rooftop spaces BUT, there was no outdoor furniture of any kind so no where to sit except hard/wide concrete benches. When booked, the listing said the property had outdoor furniture. - There is no signage for any of the rooftop spaces so you are left wandering up and down MANY, MANY flights of stairs to find any outdoor/rooftop space. - Our unit had no outdoor space other than a 2ft deep "juliet balcony". When we booked the property, the listing indicated that "there is a balcony". - There is no TV in the communal space, only in the bedrooms. It happened to be super bowl weekend so we had to find a local bar showing the game rather than 4 adults gathering on a bed to watch the game. - Potential renters need to be aware that the property has over 200 pictures posted on booking.com and their own website. It is very difficult to know which unit you're actually going to rent based on pictures alone.
