Everything was perfect! The staff was super helpful and friendly and the apartment was great, very well located and super clean
the shower was a little weird as it didn’t have a “door” so the bathroom would get wet after every shower but it wasn’t that much of an issue

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Beginn der Buchung super gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt und es wurde eine Handynummer hinterlassen, falls es Probleme geben sollte. Im Preis inbegriffen war ein täglicher Reinigungsdienst, wenn man wollte. Das Appartement war gut gelegen (2 UBahn Stationen in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle), um von dort aus Barcelona zu erkunden.
Wir hatten keinen Grund zur Beschwerde. Bei später Ankunft muss man eine Gebühr bezahlen, aber wir waren davon nicht betroffen.

Nous avons pu entrer dans l'appartement à 13H15 au lieu de 15H.
Sergio nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés.
Nous avons apprécié la situation de ce logement et sa propreté.
C'est un logement ancien qui donne sur cour et qui est très bruyant : travaux dans l'immeuble, porte de l'ascenseur qui claque, appartements mal insonorisés. Aucun double vitrage dans l'appartement.
La douche sans rideau ni porte inonde le sol. Pas de Ventilation Mécanique Controlée mais une fenêtre pour aérer. Cette fenêtre doit donner sur un puits de jour avec une horrible odeur d'égouts. La clim réversible est difficile à régler : soit trop chaud, soit trop froid. Dans la cuisine, le minimum pour cuisiner. L'appartement se veut "standing" mais en fait tout a été refait à l'économie.
