This is a good location as it is a quick drive to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. Me and my family were comfortable here and enjoyed the puzzles and games.
The couch in the living room is not a futon and the blow up mattress is uncomfortable.

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of town, and still so close to Sedona.
The King bed was extremely uncomfortable, which made for very poor nights sleep. The mattress is so extremely firm with very little to no give. The bathroom also wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived, there was hair stuck to the shower wall.

We loved how clean and cozy everything was in the unit, the bathroom and bedroom are very spacious
The walls are a little thin, we could hear the upstairs guests as they walked and ran and even heard their voices - though I’m sure they were not loud on purpose.

A great location; just a 10 minute walking distance to the hiking trails. It had all the amenities we needed.
The restroom sink/counter seemed a bit low for us to use but it’s understandable due to ADA accommodation. The bed frame was a bit squeaky.
