The house very much still has a brand new feel to it and so everything was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots/pans/trays and dishes. It was just a short walk through a bush track to the beautiful, dog friendly beach.
Instructions in the house inexplicably requested that the driveway not be used - this wasn’t practical in wet weather.

New home in great location within walking distance to the beach. Sauna out the back was a great touch’s.
The real estate managing the property charged $500 for a security deposit at time of booking and held funds for over a month before refunding.
