Net, bones instal·lacions i molt ben situat
Es un baixos, amb només una finestra que dona un pati interior. Gens aïllat el so: El soroll dels veïns i de la gent que puja i baixa L’Escala se sent moltíssim. Molt car, però l’allotjament a Madrid es molt car respecte a altres ciutats europees.

Apartman potpuno opremljen sa svim što vam je potrebno, lokacija skoro savršena, sve što je najvažnije za obilazak je na pešačkoj udaljenosti.
Sam Lavapies je kulturno malo raznolikiji od drugih trgova bliže centru i u samom centru, ne baš prijatan za večernju šetnju.

The apartment was peaceful, ok for a couple of nights stay.
The key is located in another building which we only found out when we got the check in info, which was pretty annoying as we arrived in the night.
The entrance to the apartment is strange. Go through an entry hallway, out into an external courtyard that is shared with the next block of apartments and into a basement type annex. There was a lot of building supplies, rubble etc outside the front door.
