We had a wonderful stay in Piraeus! The location is excellent, with everything you might need close by. One of the best things about the apartment is the amazing view from the windows -on one side you can enjoy the beautiful marina with the yachts and the sea, and on the other side there are fascinating ancient ruins. The apartment is very comfortable for a family. The living room is spacious and cozy, the bedrooms are comfortable, and the apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay. We especially loved the balcony. Sometimes we simply wanted to stay there, relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the yachts and the sea. It was such a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Der Ausblick von dem Balkon ist wirklich schön. Ansonsten ist es sauber und die Möbel scheinen recht neu zu sein. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief sehr gut und reibungslos. An jedem Fenster sind Fliegenschutzgitter und alle Fenster können durch ein Rollo sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Der Fahrstuhl im Haus erleichtert den Zugang mit Gepäck. Es gibt zwar keine direkten Parkplätze aber man kann gut immer einen freien Parkplatz an der Straße finden.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein. Verbesserungswürdig wäre hier ein Vorhang in der Dusche, denn egal wieviel Mühe man sich macht, man macht alles nass und das Risiko auszurichten ist sehr hoch. Auch rutschen die Seifenspender aus dem Regal. In der Küche fehlen einige Standard Ausstattungen, wie ein Stöpsel für das Waschbecken, Spülmittel (das haben wir gekauft), ein Schwamm und ein Lappen, eine Schere, .... Der Balkon ist sehr schmal und die Klappstühle haben wir nur sehr schwer aufbekommen.

Close to Marina.
Building very old, smelled badly. Apartment was very small for 3 adults. Especially the bathroom. TV remotes weren’t working. Additional bedroom didn’t have a TV.
