The Pool House

We had an outstanding stay at The Pool House. The home is close to the beach and spotless, comfortable, and genuinely family‑friendly, stocked with plenty of kids’ toys and games. The pool‑and‑spa setup is resort‑caliber—easily one of the largest and nicest we’ve experienced in a private home, comparable to several top‑rated hotels. Libby (the property manager) and Taylor were polite, outgoing, and incredibly supportive, offering clear guidance on every amenity—especially the pool and spa, which are conveniently controlled through a digital app on the in‑home iPad. We left relaxed and impressed, and we plan to return next year on our usual trip to the area.

Pool was dirty and could have been easily cleaned, scum mark around the whole perimeter waterline. We were told that the pool people are waiting to work out what chemicals can be used to clean it, my wife accidentally rubbed her back on it and it removed effortlessly, all it needed was elbow grease and a chux, chemicals was and excuse by the pool people. Also the main toilet the lock didn’t work so when there are a number of people using one toilet it is important that is locks.
