Está cercano a avenida universidad así que es un punto accesible de la ciudad, está muy limpio dentro de los cuartos.
El cuarto que le tocó tenía demasiada humedad por la falta de ventilación, la puerta del baño estaba despegada por lo que abrir y cerrar era difícil y anduvimos con la puerta abierta.
