The arrival process was lacking. Arrived before 5pm and no one was there. I had booked for family who travelled for a funeral. They were unable to access keys until I was contacted and stepped through a laborious process to release keys. This included sharing my credit card details which was charged despite full payment occurring through booking.com. I am yet to receive a return of the funds charged and will have to follow up directly with the accommodation.

Apartment was well presented, equipped with everything we could need, beds were very comfy and it was a perfect walking distance to the shops and beach.

I didn't realise I had to pick up the keys off site but it was easy to pick-up keys - very close to the apartment

Close to Burleigh Heads
Checking in and out is a pain. A bit noisy in flat and front doors slam if you don’t stop them.
