Todo muy limpio, climatizado, bonito y muy comodo.
Faltaban servicios como por ejemplo, cucharas para el te solo tenia 1, los tv eran muy pequeños, y ha ratos se escuchaba harto ruido de ambiente tanto de la calle en algunos momentos, como de las personas que estaban en el segundo piso.

The property was clean and fairly updated in the interior. It was very comfortable and spacious for the neighborhood.
The only thing I would upgrade is the laundry appliances.

We loved the location as it was a nice walk to the Metro. We loved the showers as the water pressure was amazing. The air conditioning was also very efficient. Love the laundry facilities.
It wasn’t as clean as we hoped, there was a dead plant which had a soggy towel wrapping it. It was way darker than what the pictures showed. And had strange lady knocking on our door for money.
