Place de stationnement impeccable, communication avec l'hôte par mail impeccable aussi, les explications pour le Wi-Fi et la tv.
Les voisins du dessus très bruyant et les odeurs dans la salle d'eau, mais nous avions été prévenu en amont par le propriétaire des lieux.

Tom is an excellent host; friendly and very reactive. He made arrangements for us to have an early check in, which we greatly appreciated. Check-in instructions were easy to follow. The WiFi was really fast. It’s a very cheap place to rent, so great to stay in if you just need somewhere to sleep
It is not the cleanest, most well equipped property, but the owner seems to be aware of this and has set the low price accordingly. If you’re able to bring your own pillows & towels I would recommend doing so.
