施設の割に綺麗な浴場でした。温泉は申し分なく草津の湯でした。また入りたい。 チェックイン以降、施設を自由に使える感じでした。（私は利用しませんでしたが、ロビーの隣の食堂（？）は自由に使えたみたいです。
やはり、隣？だと思えますが、人の声がはっきり聞こえました。就寝時間であろう23時半頃の事なので、ちょっとマナーを守って頂きたいと思いました。

スタッフさんの対応は、非常に良かった。それ以外のメリットは、価格のみ。
大浴場がとにかく寒くて、温泉もぬる過ぎて残念だった。
